Working with Alex has changed my life in unimaginable ways. I can’t believe how far I have come as an individual on all levels: personally, professionally, and financially. Alex has helped level up my life in many ways. Alex has a talent for seeing people’s potential, especially when they can’t see it for themselves.
I met Alex 6 years ago, and this is when he first started to impact my life and help me realize how I could be better. For example, when I started coaching Alex, I had multiple jobs, and I was working harder instead of smarter. He helped me realize I needed to focus on one job and become great at it. Once I did that, I became more successful, and my quality of life improved.
Professionally, as I mentioned, I went from working 2-3 jobs, seven days a week to working one job, Monday through Friday. Gaining freedom and the most precious resource there is, the time has been eye-opening, and I am so grateful that I have learned this lesson from Alex. Previously, my income depended on how many hours I worked throughout the day. Now, I’ve grown in my position so much that I have health insurance through my company, sick days, and paid time off.
Physically, when I first started my fitness journey, I was skinny, but I held a lot of fat with very little muscle mass. I didn’t like the way I looked, and I only went to the gym once a week, if that. Now I work out 5–6 days a week for a minimum of 75 minutes. When I train, it is with a mixture of weights and high-intensity cardio. Throughout my coaching with Alex, he helps me prioritize myself, take care of my body and my mind, and take control of what I can do to love what I see in the mirror. A huge lesson I learned from Alex is, the way you do anything is the way you do everything. This applies to every aspect of life, and it is the mindset I have when I get up every day.
Personally, since I started coaching Alex, I have remained single for the entire six years. That was because my personal standards had grown since my coaching started with Alex, and that included the people I surround myself with in my professional and personal lives. He opened my eyes to how valuable my time was, who I shared that time with, and the influence those people closest to me would have on me. Because of that, I’ve been very selective about who to spend my personal time with.
I was able to improve in every area of my life because of the guidance Alex provides. Alex can see your potential more clearly than you can see it in yourself. In the beginning, I thought some of the things he would say were way out of my league or even unimaginable. I often thought I couldn’t even imagine or dream that I would be doing some of the things that I’m doing now. But that’s the beauty of working with a coach, they push you to a level you never even imagined you could reach.
When I first started coaching with Alex, I was working two jobs: one as a massage therapist, and a second at a restaurant as a server on the weekends. I had a basic but functioning car, and I spent most of my free time partying and making bad decisions. As I continued coaching with Alex, I experienced transitions in all aspects of my life. I now have one job that is Monday-Friday with benefits; I earn bonuses based on merit; I own my dream car thanks to Alex’s help, and I spend my free time with friends and family. Alex has been there every step of the way, encouraging me to do better and to know better. I am still coaching Alex, and I can’t wait to see the successes I can reach with him as my mentor.
